The newsroom is three people. That is the whole staff, and it is published here so that every figure on this site has a name attached to it. There are no social profiles for the newsroom or for any individual in it; correspondence goes to the addresses below and is answered by a person.
Editor
Helena Roth, editor. Roth sets the register method, signs off every file before publication, and handles all commercial correspondence so that reporters do not see it.
Before this site she spent eleven years on business desks covering payments and consumer credit, including four years on a complaints and redress beat. She is the point of appeal for any correction request declined at desk level.

Reporters
Devon Ackroyd, senior reporter, payments and disputes. Ackroyd handles the withdrawal and verification categories, which together accounted for 1,791 of the 2,914 complaints logged in the twelve months to 31 July 2026. He built the file structure the register uses and maintains the document intake process.
Ines Vukovic, reporter, regulation and terms. Vukovic maintains the regulator actions field, checks every entry against the issuing body's published notice, and keeps the dated archive of operator terms that bonus dispute files are built on. She also writes the quarterly cut summary.

Independence
Neither reporter is told which operators the site holds commercial arrangements with. Position on the ranked table at /rankings/ is produced from three published inputs and is not discussed with any operator before publication.
No one in the newsroom accepts hospitality, travel, event tickets or gifts from operators or their agencies. Briefings are taken on the record or not at all; where a source needs anonymity, the reason is stated on the file.
No reporter here plays at, deposits with, or tests the operators covered. Everything published is sourced from player accounts, reader documents, regulator notices and published terms.
