What this site is

North Casino Report is a journalism site. It publishes a register of complaints filed against gambling operators, with the counts, dates and sources shown on each file.

It is not a regulator, an ombudsman, a legal service or a financial adviser. Nothing here is advice about whether to open an account, deposit money, or pursue a claim. A file records what was reported and when; the decision that follows is yours.

We do not review operators we have no complaint file on. Absence from this site is not an endorsement or a criticism of any operator.

The commercial arrangement

This site may be paid when a reader opens an account through a link on it. That is how the newsroom is funded, and it is stated here so no reader has to work it out.

That payment changes nothing about the ranking. The ranked table at /rankings/ is scored on unresolved share, median days to resolve and reopen rate, all published. The front page register is ordered on unresolved complaints. Commercial terms are not an input to either and no operator has been offered a position.

Accuracy and corrections

Figures are cut quarterly and every page states the window it covers. The current window runs from 1 August 2025 to 31 July 2026. Operators change their terms, their processes and their payment partners, sometimes between cuts, so a file describes a period rather than a present state.

If you believe something here is wrong, the route is /corrections/. Corrections are published with a dated note; pages are not silently edited or removed.

Eligibility and jurisdiction

This site is intended for adults of legal gambling age in their own jurisdiction. Gambling law differs by province, state and country, and it is the reader's responsibility to know what applies where they are.

If gambling is causing harm to you or someone close to you, contact a national helpline or support service in your jurisdiction before acting on anything published here.

Liability and changes

The site is provided as it is. We take reasonable care with every figure published and correct errors when they are shown to us, but we accept no liability for losses arising from decisions taken after reading this site, and none for the acts of any operator covered here.

Text and register data on this site belong to North Casino Report. Short quotation with a link is welcome; wholesale reproduction of the register is not.
